Calvince is a water resources engineer specializing in hydrology and hydraulics. He holds a Master of Science in Water Resources Engineering from KU Leuven, Belgium, and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Biosystems Engineering from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. His interests include water resources and hydrological extremes modeling for planning and management decisions. At SERVIR Eastern and Southern Africa he leads the activities on water and hydro-climatic disasters.
